2. Reservations booked at the current Global Website
Reservations made on the current Global Website will remain valid after the website relaunch. (the reservation numbers beginning with “NR”)
If you wish to view, change or cancel your reservation after Monday, March 18, please follow the procedures below.

(1) View your Reservation
・Please check the email delivered from “noreply@nrgroup-global.com”.

(2) Change of Reservation
・You need to re-book new reservation and cancel the current one.
・Make a reservation through the relaunched website.
Please cancel the current reservation from the URL in the email delivered from “noreply@nrgroup-global.com”.

(3) Cancellation of Reservation
・Please cancel from the URL in the email delivered from “noreply@nrgroup-global.com”.

3. Checking the options booked from the current Global Website
・If you added options at English Service Desk after making a reservation, please refer to the email record received from "intlres@nipponrentacar.co.jp" or “global@nipponrentacar.co.jp”.

4. Discontinued My Account
We are very sorry, but you will not be able to use My Account after the relaunch.
Registered information will be automatically deleted as of the end of June 2024.

5. Abolition of the reservation completion benefit
Rental Wi-Fi: It has already ended.
NAVITIME App: It will end on Monday, March 18, 2024.
　　Customers who have already downloaded the NAVITIME app will be able to use it until the end of June 2024.
